    Why do people have a negative opinion about people having 2 jobs it’s not affecting them at all just let them do their own thing .

      It’s because they don’t have that kind of Mindset to get shit done and grind to reach your goals. They think 1 job is hard and want everything handed to them so that jealousy resorts to hate.

    Females in my line of work are paid the same and given the same benefits but aren’t expected to do the same work. Correctional officers, some females will get down when the time comes but Iv had them run out and leave me fighting alone. This also happens with males but it’s far less

    A giant Corporation that begins with O and ends with m, they have Workforce Management software, they know when people are working or not yet there are managers there that micromanage you to death, one in particular is so toxic that employs the worst team leads, who are disrespectful, confrontational and imply you’re not working or you are stupid. I’m curious, if they didn’t want you why employ you, it feels like deliberate sabotage…but why? A manager should want to help you succeed at your job, but this, this destroys your confidence, your self esteem again I ask, why?

    Toxic work places aren't real. Its only a thing because of people being to sensitive. One of your statistics proves this, 79% that care more about mental health than promotion. Mental health should matter in a job, only exception is if you don't feel you're getting paid enough for how mcuh work you do, that can be degrading.

    Unless you plan on coming back to that job, then no… most states aren’t required to disclose why an employee left just to confirm that employee worked there when finding a new job… I actually did this for an employer years ago, put my two weeks in and submitted a resignation letter… the second to last day of work the owner of the company called me in and berated me for past performance issues and essentially forced me to quit that day… (FYI: that company is no longer in business today) since then I’ve just told HR I’m leaving in two weeks and left it at that… if they ask why during my exit interview I’ll just tell them I’m moving to a new job and leave…

    • @monster
      @monster 4 місяці тому

      We're sorry to hear you had that experience. That's certainly not appropriate behavior for a business owner (or anyone else).

  • @PC-vx6ko
    @PC-vx6ko 4 місяці тому

    Why do you need to be helpful to HR of a company that you are leaving? Courtesy is fine and all but if you are leaving, the chances are slim that you feel that the company has treated you well. I mean, I have had jobs that I gladly give notice and explanations of intent with letters and all but for some jobs it’s just extra stuff no one cares about. Also, ANYTHING documented can be used in a manner that could harm you in the future. Letters can be useful but they can also be used out of context to misrepresent your intentions, even when you think you have clearly stated them. All the HR sycophancy is a useless dog and pony show when you get down to brass tacks. Many of the things that HR requires of employees do not help employees at all and are a liability to the individual.

    • @monster

  • @nojunkallowed
    @nojunkallowed 4 місяці тому

    That sounds like you are advising people to set themselves up. Yeah, it is courteous to give 2 weeks notice, but I would never suggest putting in writing any reason for leaving. NEVER...never...never. The letter should be as simple as possible and if you want to you can do what a CEO would do and list all your accomplishments while you were at the job. Think about it. Let's say you're leaving a company for more money. Are you going to put in a letter that you're leaving for more money and give that to HR to use against you in the future.

    • @monster
      @monster 4 місяці тому

      Thanks for your comment! There is such a thing as sharing too much information. If you're going to write a resignation letter it's best to keep it short and simple.
